Meet the Brody — a long overcoat cut to hold a clean vertical line from shoulder to hem. Long coats live or die on the shoulder, and this one keeps enough structure that it doesn't collapse when you put it over knitwear. It's the layer that makes everything underneath look more deliberate than it is.

Fits true to size. Between sizes? Take the larger for a relaxed fit, the smaller for a closer one. Layering a jumper under a coat? Size up.
