Shipping policy

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

Total time from order to delivery is therefore 6 to 9 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on all UK orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries take longer than expected due to carrier delays or weather. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email hello@khylan.com and we will look into it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
