Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

How to start a return

Email hello@khylan.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the address to send your item to.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without instructions may not be processed.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags still attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or that have been altered.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been broken.

Return postage costs

If you have changed your mind: you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered: we cover the full cost of the return. Email us with your order number and a photograph of the issue and we will arrange this for you at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email to confirm and issue your refund to the original payment method. We process refunds as soon as the returned item reaches us.

Please allow a further 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This part is handled by your bank or card provider and is outside our control.

Refunds include the standard delivery cost paid on your original order. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the standard rate.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty items

If an item develops a fault, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email hello@khylan.com and we will help.
